Return Policy

1. No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be assigned by Rickson and included on all shipping labels for returned items.
2. Any shortage, breakage, damaged goods, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
3. No tires may be returned if they have been driven on.
4. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Damaged items are subject to an additional charge. Wheels that have had tires on them or have been mounted on the vehicle are considered damaged.
5. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice/sales receipt.
6. No returns on custom made items unless found defective.
7. No returns on electrical items.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

A Wayne Arley Company Incorporated (d.b.a. Rickson Truck Accessories) warrants to the original retail purchaser to replace each on-highway tubeless truck disc wheel which becomes unserviceable within 5- years of date of manufacture due to functional defects in workmanship and materials, excluding finish.

Powder coat, polished aluminum finishes, and chrome plating are warranted for a period of one year.

This warranty is void if these products are altered or modified, are not properly installed, or are not operated or maintained in accordance with instructions included with the wheel at the time of purchase. Also, it will not cover defects caused by misuse or abuse, overloading, corrosion, accident, improper tire size, improper tire inflation, excessive speeds, other abnormal or severe operating conditions, or other components attached to or damaged because of the products.

A Wayne Arley Company Incorporated’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing any product that proves, upon inspection of failed parts and, if deemed necessary, associated vehicles and their maintenance records, to be defective within the applicable provisions of this warranty. Evaluation and replacement, if deemed proper, will be at the sole discretion of A Wayne Arley Company Incorporated and/or its representatives.

Wheels on which a warranty is claimed, must, upon issuance of an R.G.A., be returned to Rickson Truck Accessories or to our authorized representative with transportation charges prepaid. Freight charges will be reimbursed if product is found to be defective and upon submission of original freight bill.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLICATION OR USE, IN NO EVENT SHALL A WAYNE ARLEY COMPANY INORRPORATED’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL A WAYNE ARLEY COMPANY INORRPORATED BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
